Tracked and communicated project progress and drove software integration efforts with 9 partner teams across 3 divisions. Built relationships with key external customers.

·       Participated in FLM, a one-year leader development program (LDP) in strategic studies. Selection based on outstanding track record and senior management potential (20 participants selected from entire Windows Division). Conducted competitive studies and presented findings to VP.

·       Selected by the Visual Studio group to act as liaison to the Agile Development community. Presented Microsoft keynotes for two consecutive years at XP Universe, the largest agile conference in the world with over 500 attendees.

·       Coached a software design engineer as a voluntary member of the Microsoft Mentor Program.
